In 2024/2025 we provided 19,899 services to women living in rural, regional and remote Queensland.
An increase of 14.1% from the previous year.
These services included 5,406 legal advices, tasks & ongoing casework files and 2,251 duty lawyer services for women.
Despite our best efforts, the demand for our service in the community is ever increasing and many women are still unable to get the assistance they need due to limited resources.

It can be very difficult for a woman to access the legal advice and support she needs if she is worried about not being able to pay for parking.
Your donation contributes to a discretionary fund that helps with the little things so she can get support with the big things.
And yes! NQWLS has DGR status so any contribution above $2 is tax deductible.

NQWLS is a not for profit community legal centre and welcomes your support for our work.
You can become a member of the service, at a cost of $10 per year, (no charge if you are not working) and be actively involved in supporting the work we do.
